Over 10 years of corporate finance and business development experience in various businesses, including investment banking, private equity, telecom and IT. Andriy Klymchuk held key management positions in large holding and operational companies such as System Capital Management, Burlington Capital Group, Microsoft. Successfully completed a number of transactions in debt and equity capital markets as well as M&A.
Andriy Klymchuk holds MBA from Creighton University under Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program. He also holds Bachelors Degree in computer science and is a CFA Charterholder. Andriy Klymchuk is a member of CFA Institute and is the President of Ukrainian Investment Professionals Society - CFA Ukraine.

Over 14 years of financial industry experience specializing in the areas of insurance and risk management, business development, business turnarounds, performance improvement and corporate governance. Prior to co-founding Consoris, Bogdan Fushchych held various positions with recognized London and US based insurance houses (Bain Clarkson, Aon). As a Deputy Managing director of Kiev Aon office led operational management and also served as a head of compliance and legal department.
Bogdan Fushchych holds a Masters Degree in Mathematics and Masters Degree in Law.

More than 5 years of experience in corporate finance and project management in major Ukrainian (“Aerosvit”) as well as international enterprises (“Pratt & Whitney-Paton” research center). Graduated from Masters program in Economics from Taras Shevchenko Kiev State University, where she also earned her Ph.D. degree. Tatiana is also Level III CFA candidate. Tatiana Nichiosova teaches her proprietary course in “International Financial Systems” and serves as the CFA Ukraine Society Secretary, also heading Society University Liaison Committee.
